The British Drum Co. MAV-14-65-SN Maverick Series Maple Snare is a handcrafted, all-purpose snare designed to deliver a dynamic tonal range and classic aesthetic. As British Drum Co.’s first all-Maple snare, the Maverick was created to meet the needs of drummers looking for a versatile and reliable “workhorse” instrument suitable for any musical situation.

Built in the UK using the brand’s unique cold-press moulding process, the Maverick features a 10-ply North American Maple shell with an elegant Eucalyptus outer veneer. The 30° round-over bearing edges contribute to its smooth, controlled response, allowing drummers to achieve both crisp articulation and warm, full-bodied tone. Whether in the studio or on stage, the Maverick provides outstanding clarity and presence.

The drum’s design is elevated with Palladium hardware inspired by Art-Deco architecture — beautifully functional and exceptionally durable. With its minimal laser-engraved badges and figured veneer finish, the Maverick exudes understated British sophistication.
