Fender Next-gen American Ultra J Bass Fender American Ultra series established a benchmark as the company most advanced instruments for discerning players who demand the ultimate in tone and playability. Now, American Ultra II ups the ante with across-the-board improvements that take performance to a whole new level. The Fender American Ultra II Jazz Bass delivers the same iconic vintage vibe as its ancestors — but play a few notes, and you quickly realize that this is a state-of-the-art, high-performance axe. The contoured offset alder body balances beautifully and always feels just right; meanwhile, the fast, slim Modern D neck profile, compound-radius fingerboard, and tapered neck heel turbocharge your playing. Amazing-sounding Fender Ultra II Noiseless Vintage Jazz Bass pickups and a powerful preamp with 3-band EQ complete the setup.
